Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of broadband internet and related services provided by PM Cable & Broadband Service (“we”, “us”, “Company”) in India. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide fixed-line broadband internet access, installation, and customer support as described in your selected plan and commercial offer. Service availability depends on network coverage, infrastructure, and maintenance windows.

• Fair use: Plans are intended for normal residential or business use in line with your subscription tier.
• Speeds: Advertised speeds are “up to” rates; actual throughput depends on network conditions, devices, and usage.
• Suspension: We may temporarily suspend service for non-payment, abuse, legal orders, or critical network incidents.

2. Subscription & billing

Billing cycles, taxes (including GST), due dates, and grace periods are stated on your invoice or payment portal. Late fees or reconnection charges may apply as per your plan schedule.

3. Equipment & installation

ONT/router equipment may be provided on deposit, rental, or purchase terms as per your agreement. You are responsible for safekeeping; damage beyond normal wear may incur replacement costs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam, compromising network security, or excessive automated load that degrades others’ experience. We may throttle or disconnect after reasonable notice where applicable.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Purba Medinipur (or as otherwise notified) shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS, email, website notice, or invoice insert. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
